Outstanding food and unmatched customer care at Waterhorse!I had a minor issue with a takeout Reuben I ordered from Waterhorse Irish Pub--it unfortunately happened to be a bit fatty. I privately messaged the owner with a couple of pictures just to let her know, and her response was nothing short of exceptional. She immediately offered to remake it today, but went completely above and beyond by making me TWO replacement Reubens. They were absolutely incredible--perfectly lean, packed with flavor, and easily some of the best Reubens I've ever eaten in NH. Any restaurant can have an off night, but it takes a truly exceptional business owner to handle feedback with this level of grace, generosity, and flawless customer service. Waterhorse Pub has earned a loyal customer for life. Do yourself a favor and check them out
Went on a Saturday night with music for the first time. Delicious food and service was great! I got the boiled dinner which was your standard corned beef and cabbage; others got the taste of Ireland which was a flight of sorts of 3 entrees, chicken tenders, and the last was the Caribbean rice bowl with fish. We had desserts too. Overall a fun dinner out in a nice atmosphere!
I love this spot and proud it's my local. Great Irish Fare and even some fusion items like these corned beef bao's. The ramen is awesome too! Music on Fridays and Comedy.
Fabulous and mysterious! This charming spot feels as comfortable as the Irish pub you were in just the other night. A familiar feel, and hidden gem at the same time.
We visited Saturday night around 7:00 pm. There were about 6 parties already seated and a sign at the door saying “please seat your self”. There were only 3 employees to been seen. One bartender and two servers. We were greeted promptly and a drink order taken within 5 minutes of being seated. The server was friendly and attentive. I was doubtful that these three employees would be able to keep all of their plates in the air on their own as the restaurant began to fill. Soon almost all tables were full, including the bar. We ordered the beer keg appetizer…it was simple but tasty. Servers were doing a remarkable job of keeping everyone happy and tables clear of dirty dishes and glasses. The bar was almost full with one bartender to keep track of her bar and make the drinks for the entire restaurant. We ordered bangers and mash with beans and split a large Caesar salad. Salads came out first and had plenty of dressing. My one complaint was that the croutons were very very soft. No crunch at all. Entrees arrived about 15 minutes later and piping hot. We were both happy with the meals. Tasty and unique. We took a sticky toffee pudding to go and rolled out while it was still quite busy. Service was terrific, and the food very good. We will be back for sure. Recommended dishes: Beer Keg, Sticky Toffee Pudding
While visiting from Louisiana I ate here and it was absolutely delicious! I had the Salmon Napoleon, my daughter had Mushroom Ravioli and her boyfriend had the prime rib with mashed potatoes. The service was also amazing! Recommended dishes: Sticky Toffee Pudding
